A cozy stay by the lake

Waking up to the serene sounds of nature outside my window was a true delight. The warm and welcoming staff made every interaction a pleasure, ensuring I felt right at home during my time there.

Unfortunately, some issues with leaking water in the bathroom did detract from the overall experience, which was disappointing and disrupted my otherwise enjoyable stay.

Persistent bathroom leaks could use more attention!!! The pool's murky water is a definite letdown for a swimming experience!!! Long wait times when ordering food made me reconsider room service altogether!!!

During my stay, I encountered persistent issues with the water. The first room had an unpleasant odor, and the second room's faucet water still smelled. Additionally, the air conditioner was leaking, causing further discomfort. These ongoing problems led to multiple room changes, which was disappointing and disruptive.

a little charm here, but one can only overlook the lingering cockroaches and water bugs in the bathroom for so long. absolutely should have been a complimentary upgrade for the hassle. waited an eternity for room service, too, as if my time is not valued. almost wrote a good review, but these issues made it impossible.

The experience during my family stay was memorable, primarily because of the delicious food and warm hospitality of the staff. The breakfast options, while somewhat limited, were still satisfying. We particularly appreciated the comfortable feel of the place, and it was a lovely family atmosphere. However, the pool's murky water was a downside, and we faced some inconveniences with the water leakage in the bathroom. Despite these, we enjoyed our time, largely due to the friendly service and comforting environment.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, making every visit a pleasure. The outdoor swimming pool was great for relaxing after a long day. Additionally, the location is ideal for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions in all directions. (A perfect base for sightseeing! )
